Quotes

Prices on quotes are valid for 30 Calender days.

But please note changes in the nature of the quotation like, adding or extending services will require another quote.

Payment

Payment can be made either Cash or EFT. If paying cash on the day please leave payment in a agreed spot on your property if you are not there. Thank you.

NOTE: Cheques will not be accepted.

Access

Please be sure that arrangements have been made regarding access to your property to permit the operator to carry out the requested service, before the agreed service date and time. Failure to do so will result in the service not being carried out and a re-visit fee of $55 being added/charged.

Changes/Cancellations

Date changes and cancellations require no less than 24Hrs notice (unless date assigned is rained out, the job will be postponed by 24Hr or next available weather permitting day). Failure to give the minimum 24Hr notice will result in being charged for the full quote amount of the service with the inclusion of a $55 re-visit fee.

Questions/Complaints

Our customers are encouraged to develop good working relationships with their lawn mower operators. But can make it difficult to discuss any potential issues/questions that you as a customer may have.

Damages

In the very rare event of a operator causing damage to your property, please report the matter promptly via phone (0410 116 336) or email within 24Hr with full particulars provided in writing. Photographs will help illustrate your complaint.

Guarantees

Due to the personal and subjective nature of the services offered, we do not offer refunds.

However, we want you to be satisfied with our service and will promptly address any concerns you may have.

Delays of service

Due to circumstances beyond our control including, but not limited to,

  • adverse weather,
  • equipment failure,
  • ill health …

We may be delayed up to 48Hrs.

All customers this may affect will be contacted should this occur.
